Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am - 3.00pm    

Coronavirus Up date 24 March 2020


Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on the evening of Monday 23 March 2020, here is an update for our customers.

Self Storage is not a retail business, we are a service provider, this means that Self Storage firms can stay open.  The reasoning behind this decision, is that some of our customers are providing essential services and goods to the sectors of business that remain open under the government’s latest advice.

Our reception area is closed to customers.  All access is via your individual entry code at the gate and the key pads at the personnel doors, to gain access to the building.

A member of staff will be on site during opening hours.  Please observe social distancing rules if needing to communicate with staff.  Please keep all communication to a minimum. This is both for our staff safety and your own. 



If other customers are in the store, again, please observe social distancing rules.

Payment can be made by card over the telephone during normal business hours.  If you wish to pay by BACs, our account details are on your invoices and statements.  All standing order payments will continue as normal.

Our opening hours may change at short notice depending on further Government advice or reduced staffing.  Please check our website or telephone us in advance of visiting to be sure.
